* Phase 2 will involve the use of crane for hoisting of material and equiptment.
* The crane will be located in the orange box shown on the site plan

Deliveries and Vehicle access to the site will be via Szetela as the primary access point for contractor parking in coordination with school operating hours.
Bulk deliveries (steel, framing materials, equipment)
will be delivered via the Fort Ave gate.

What are we doing?
Demolition activities will occur in a clockwise fashion.
The existing structures will be demolished down to foundations and foundations removed in bulk sections.
How are we doing it?
The process will use heavy equipment to knock the structures down in place.
Debris will be sorted by type for recycling as applicable and trucked away.
What are the impacts?
Noise / Minor Vibration
Operation of Equipment may include the use of a hydraulic hammer for foundation removal.

This activity is for the installation of rigid aggregate piers, as shown in the video.
This process is used to stabilize the soil to bear the load of the building.

This activity will consist of completion of exterior facade, interior MEPs, equiptment installation, and general interior finishes.
Exterior landscaping will occur in the final months of this activity.
